Community Meeting Minutes
The HOA Board is required by Washington Administrative Code to hold at least one community meeting annually. Minutes from those meetings are to be considered “Draft” until the next community meeting when they can be amended and/or approved.

The HOA Board of Directors meets throughout the year to discuss and resolve community issues. The minutes from those meetings are presented here in final form.
