Are there STEP related fees for new homeowners?There is a small one-time transfer fee charged to new owners by the STEP’s business support management firm to cover costs to set up the new homeowner administrative and financial accounts. There are also monthly fees for wastewater treatment and the system operation and maintenance that are assessed equally to all homeowners.
